wcz777 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing eligibility at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on wcz777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. wcz777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your wcz777 Account, you must contact wcz777 support immediately.

wcz777 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

wcz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in your Account wallet section. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, direct bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to use a cryptocurrency channel, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the time of transaction applies.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published within your Account wallet.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by wcz777.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your financial institution.
• wcz777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available withdrawal channels.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed and may be required again at any subsequent withdrawal at wcz777's discretion.
• wcz777 processes withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's own processing timelines.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to each bonus. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• wcz777 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

wcz777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus offers expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wcz777 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

wcz777's total aggregate liability to any single User in respect of any and all claims arising from their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on wcz777's part.

wcz777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between wcz777 and the User. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before an independent arbitral body as determined by wcz777, whose decision shall be final and enforceable.
